Beth and I had a realtor come by the house yesterday to help us get ready to put it on the market. I just finished painting the back porch floor and half of the garage floor. Hopefully they will not need another coat of paint. We hope to have our list finished by Thursday so we can put the sign in the yard.
Our desire is to sell the house before we leave. I know that isn't always the case, but we have watched friends move and have to pay rent or a mortgage in 2 places. Even if it means we live in an apartment for a few months, we don't want to move while own our home.
Please continue to pray for my Florida trip and for our house to sell before we leave.
