Offer Accepted!

I just spoke with my Realtor and the family accepted our counter offer and we are officially under contract!! They are currently in underwriting and should hear back from the bank soon. We will then have an appraisal and move toward closing on the 14th of March! Through this, mine and Beth's differences are showing. She already had girlfriends over to help her pack the kitchen and her friend from Bath and Body works (thanks Beth T.) calls her all the time telling her that she has more boxes available. I tend not to stress out 3 weeks prior to an event, but I completely appreciate Beth's need to make a list and get it done. So to make sure I didn't drive her crazy with my laid back style, I proposed the idea of making a list for the packing of each of our rooms. So we are now in harmony with the packing of the house! You can be in prayer for the week of the 14th for us. We have several things going on and they have the potential of merging all into that week... Things up coming for us:

• House packing and closing
• Hearing from Palm Harbor Church
• Beth's Grandmother's health (She is still in ICU)
• The completion of my seminary quarter (my final papers are due the week of closing)

What a fun and eventful few weeks! God is Good...all the time!
