HOLY WOW

Well, God is good!  Our house has been on the market exactly 3 weeks and we got an offer tonight.  The amazing part is that they offered close to $10,000 more than we were asking.  Now I am sure you are asking yourself exactly why would someone offer you more than you were asking...well, I totally don't understand all the numbers, but basically they are offering us our asking price plus all the closing costs.  At closing, we will pay the closing costs, but since it is built into the offer, we will still net our asking price....confused...that is OK.  All I know is that the timing of all this is amazing.  We have been praying that our house would sell before we left LaGrange so that we wouldn't have 2 homes to pay for, and God has answered that Prayer.  Please pray that the deal holds together and we close on the 14th of March. You can continue to pray for our search as well.  We should hear something back from Palm Harbor in the next couple of weeks, and we continue to submit resumes to churches as well. This is an exciting time in our lives and it is cool to watch as God works out all these details....God is good...all the time!
