Leadership is fun!

So, I haven't blogged in 11 days.  It has been a crazy couple of weeks.  I have preached for 2 weeks in  row now.  It has been a while since I have had to prepare consecutive messages.  It is fun, but I am having to work through my weekly schedule in order to get all that I need to do into my schedule. The fun I have had over the past couple of weeks has been assuming leadership over things that every one is ready for me to lead.  I don't want to assume that people will listen to what I have to say because I don't have much relational credibility yet.  But, for the most part, everyone is ready for some new direction.  So it has been a fun couple of weeks getting to know every one and begin to understand God's vision for Northgate church in Manteca. You can pray for us as we get into a rhythm here and as we meet people in the community.
